The WoW \\ world of work museums for the USA

Across the U.S., high-demand fields like skilled trades, healthcare, and niche technologies are adding thousands of jobs to countless regions. Yet, employers struggle to find talent. Most career exposure efforts for 12-24 year olds are disconnected or not delivering at scale.

Our museum is a playground for young people to connect to the worlds of work that delight them. Every region with a WoW Hub can expose real routes to real residents. The result is an evidence-based flame of career interest and workforce connection.

WoW Hubs (and one day the WoW Flagship) sites are designed as regionally-curated “future of work” environments. Experiences at The WoW will not a one-off event, but a launchpad for the entire region.
